Benefiting from his rich experience working and living both in China and abroad, Jerry has gained a unique perspective on the business and investment environments in Australia, China and New Zealand . This expertise has become increasingly critical for advising and facilitating business negotiations with international parties and for the direction of Ansion Group.
Jerry’s passion is for building developments that enhance the community and the city through cutting edge design. He passionately believes that such developments offer outstanding long term investment opportunities.
Development Director
Steve Woollett is the Development Director at Ansion Group and is responsible for the strategic direction, development and delivery of the company’s projects. Steve has many years experience in mixed-use developments in Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
With a career spanning 30 years in construction and development roles held with international companies, Steve has overseen large scale and boutique apartment developments, mixed-use commercial developments and five star hotels.
Steve has a passion for forward thinking developments and creative architecture. He truly understands the power of being part of a successful team to deliver outstanding results.
Project Manager
Michael Smith has more than 15 years’ experience in the property and construction industry with a key role at Ansion Group as project manager. He manages every aspect of the building process from start to finish, including initial design planning and documentation, through to budget and project handover.
The roles have given him a unique edge and a two-pronged understanding of the requirements of both contractor and client, which he brings together in his role at Ansion Group. Michael has a double degree in Urban Design and Planning at RMIT, as well as Property and Construction with a strong eye for detail and ability to create a superior finish.
Accountant
Amanda Zhou is responsible for accounting and finance at Ansion Group. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in all aspects of accounting, including statutory and management accounting, financial accounting and auditing.
Amanda is responsible for overseeing the financial functions for Ansion Group. She also participates in project meetings and jointly oversees the group’s property development activities.
